Common questions about the online store

Here are some of the most common problems and questions about the online store.

How does Nofence's online store work?

You can find the online store on your account pages. Once you have selected items and quantities, confirm your purchase. You will shortly receive an email from us with an invoice and payment information. The invoice will have a 14-day payment deadline, but the sooner you pay, the sooner you will receive the goods. 
We will dispatch your parcel as soon as we have received your payment.

How fast can I expect the collars to arrive when ordering from the web store?

As soon as the order is placed you will receive a payment request, usually within a couple of minutes. As soon as the payment request is paid, the collars will be packed and shipped within 2-4 days.

Who can shop on Nofence's online store?

The vast majority of existing customers can shop in our online store. 
Customers who have previously shopped with us as a private customer will need to enter an organisation number before they can shop in the online store.
Customers with payments where the due date has already expired will have to pay these before they can shop in the online store.

Can I order less than 5 collars when ordering through the webshop?

For all new customers the minimum order of collars is five. The same applies for any current customers wanting to buy collars outside of their current plan.

Eg if you have cattle collars in use and now want to buy for sheep/goat, the minimum first purchase of these will also be 5.

However there is no minimum order for collars within the same species plan.

Can I shop now and choose a later delivery time?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.
The online store works like most online stores, where you complete the purchase you make. This means that the invoice must be paid by the expiry date, otherwise your order will be cancelled. 
If you want goods at a later date, you can visit the online store a few weeks before you want the goods. You may of course then run the risk that we no longer have collars in stock.

Can I choose a cheaper delivery cost?

No, unfortunately you can't do that. 
Nofence is currently working hard on reducing delivery costs, Sadly some small items may have a higher than usual price, and we hope to improve this soon. You may find that ordering some additional items will not effect the delivery price, so buying a few more extra items at once would be the most cost effective option for now. 

Can I buy for other people in the online store?

No, unfortunately you can't do that. 
When you purchase a collar from Nofence, both in our online store and via our sales department, you will also be charged a 12-month subscription for each collar you purchase. The subscription will not be transferable to anyone else.

I want to return my collars

If you haven’t paid the payment request the order will be deleted after 24 days after due date. If you have paid for the collars, please contact our sales department.
Please note: That you will not be able to return the collars if they have been in use on animals.
